Baffled by the positive reviews I read as I was choosing a place to stay. This place is the equivalent of a 59$ a night motel 8 in the 90s.

We visited a couple years ago and this place had a hot tub and a swimming pool. It’s sad to see them gone. Also this is a contactless property so if you need extra stuff good luck.

Noise from the road makes it impossible to sleep, I needed earplugs. The matress is old and uncomfortable, the pillows are also bad. No A/C, the portable fan just pushes hot air around on hot days. Shower head was the height of my chin (I’m 5’6), tub didn’t drain water and our room had no hair dryer. No staff on site, I called their number 5 times on different days and no one picked up. Horrible place, will never stay again.

Shockingly dirty and in poor condition — especially for the price. Shower completely clogged, old food in fridge, old cigarettes in night stand, floors dirty, sink broken, “queen” bed was a full (4.5 ft), no AC — just one old box fan.

Half of the room ran out of power while we were gone and when we came back the room was super hot because the power had shut off and the fans where off, the fridge had no power, neither did the microwave. We called them the day of and the day after but we never received a response.

Quiet, Quaint on Ski Run Road. A close walk to beaches, boat rental and fast food and sunset dining with a view of Lake Tahoe! Free parking and wi-fi. Housekeeping on request was not needed for my 5 night stay but ask for, and got fresh towels. My wife and I were sorry to have to leave and will return. The touchiness check in process was extremely user friendly. The price point was exceptional and could have paid hundreds more per night and for what? An English muffin and some dry eggs in a neglected chafer dish. No thank you Hampton Inn. If your looking for the Ritz Carlton, don’t stay here but if your smart….you found the spot.

Never got a response when asking for extra towels. Mold around the top of the shower. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable.
