Nice location, sofa beds a big thumbs down.

The location is amazing. Rooms were clean. However the sofa bed in our room was horrible . The mattress was old worn out with creaking springs. Our kid had to sleep on the floor.

Good location and beautiful property

Great lakefront property. Good location near Safeway and restaurants. Property itself looks to be well maintained. Units are showing age but not in bad condition. Toiletries are lacking (just 1 soap). View is amazing.

Nice condo on the lake

Comfortable condo next to the lake. Adequate space. Sufficient dishware in kitchen. Ceilings/walls were a little thin, could hear footsteps from above. Hot tub and pool were very pleasant.

Place is ok for one night, looks a little outdated, central heating system is pretty bad, however has any “itis” problems Don’t try it! And between check in and check out you’ll lose 2hours comparing to other places. 4pm to 10am. Never saw it before.

This location was next to the lake and had a pier that we walked to for the view of the sunset. The property itself was decent with a full kitchen to use. The fireplace didn’t work so well and the insulation was thin so the footsteps of guests upstairs was loud until past 1am. I would suggest renting a unit on the second floor.

Edgelake has a private beach with a bridge connected to the far Tahoe Lake. Its location is great and walkable to most of the local community shops. The room is comfortable and establishes a feeling of home. Even a little bit old. The hotel and room are quiet, but the bed has a squeaking noise. And heat water doesn't work in the room, this is not acceptable in the cold winter.

The property advertised a pool. The pool had been closed since May. Also, we were moved to another room upon check in. The room confirmed was given to another guest prior to us arriving. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. Lastly, due to the inconvenience we were provide a late check out of 3pm. On the day of check out we were rudely asked to leave by the front desk gal on duty that day. Its not that were were asked t leave at 2 vs 3...it is how we were treated and asked.

The receptionist was helpful. We called to inform them that we would check in after office hours due to traffic and they provided instructions for late check-in. We arrived an hour after their stated office hours but they were still open and helped us check in. They only provided one bar of soap but liquid body wash and shampoo was not available. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The heater didn't seem to work but the fireplace worked well in heating the unit. We were on the bottom unit and noise of footsteps and voices did come through a little from the upstairs unit. Overall it was a comfortable stay but would look for cheaper options if available.

This place uses very suspect advertising. First and foremost there is NO air conditioning! To cool the room I had to open the window but there was no screen, I found it later, on the ground and replaced it myself. The “room” I saw online had a full kitchen with oven, sink, full size refrigerator. It had a “living room” with sofa, chair, stone fireplace. I got a little kitchenette with mini fridge, mini dishwasher, no oven and a two burner cooktop. The kitchen and living area was all in one room and small. The furniture was old and worn, the kitchen cabinets were also old and worn. The bedroom had only one nightstand and one lamp, both old and worn. The bathroom is old and worn, no bathtub, just a small, maybe 3x3 shower enclosure, no shampoo or conditioner was supplied. One of the reasons I booked this place was because it advertised having a gym. The “gym” consists of an out of order treadmill, an out of order stepping machine, one 12 pound dumbbell and two 2 pound dumbbells and an out of order pool table. It’s open from 9-5 for your enjoyment! It has a pay washer and dryer but the detergent machine is, out of order. The pool area and barbecue area are beautiful and well maintained. The small beach area is also nice. The staff were stiff and uncommunicative. I will never go back.
