The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely orchestrated. I really like that. They have a spa on site a swimming pool that’s heated on site and a gym on site. You can buy a heavenly ski pass at the front desk instead of having to wait in line elsewhere. All the stores and restaurants and heavenly are walking distance.

This is our go to hotel in South Shore because of the great location in the Village and the outstanding condition of the facility. The staff at all levels are courteous and helpful and the amenities are extensive. It is just a short walk to anything you may need during your stay. Will definitely go back next time we visit.
