Overall, the property is centrally located and priced appropriately for what you get. However, it is very dated.
- The elevator is small - fits no more than 4 adults, it’s very slow, and the permit is expired by a couple of years.
- The rooms are small and old, but since we used this as just a place to sleep, the size wasn’t an issue. They do use a room spray, like febreze, that was quite overwhelming when we first got into the room. Highly suggest you keep the windows open to ventilate if you’re sensitive to strong fragrances as I am.
-Beds were comfortable and clean, pillows were fine.
- The parking is a bit of a hassle since we couldn’t fit in the underground spaces with our truck. Coming back after 9pm, we had to park on the street.
- There’s no a/c which we were aware of but there is a fan and window in the bathroom that gives a good breeze. We didn’t feel comfortable keeping the front window open as it was right next to our bed and opened to the walkway. There was also road construction overnight during our stay so the sound was too loud to keep the window open anyways.
- Check-in is slow as the front desk/lobby holds 1 person at a time so you wait outside if there’s multiple guests checking in. Also, our keys didn’t work the first try so we had to haul our stuff back down to get them to work.
- There’s NO pool. It has been filled in with dirt and seemingly some lawn games and a coffee trailer. Not an issue for us but something to note.
