Location was easy to get to. A lot of shops nearby. Views were nice. The room was clean, a little smaller than the photos show. Our sink was leaking, the jets didn't work in the rub and our shower light was out. The stairs on the proprty are very steep so if thats an issue i would ask for a bottom floor room. When i told front desk about the few issues, they didn't seem to care. I would stay here again but probably ask for a different room if these things didnt work.

First of all don't get confused by negative reviews. I had my doubts after reading but had an great experience. Their manager name Harjeet was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. When we got there, he greeted us and gave us the room key. We went to room it was very nice and well maintained. But our Jet tub wasn't working, after notified they came right away to check and move us to upgraded room. We booked 2nd last from full luxury one, please when booking room look at pictures and read description otherwise easy to get confused. I thought they should have checked jet tub but then realized how much water is wasted and things do get broken. Main thing is how they deal with you after that and Harjeet did amazing. Not only he was very apologetic but also very humble and gave us the most luxury room the one with all wooden walls. Yes quality of room is ok according to reviews but our rooms were tip top. Heater work great, no smell but since made of wood it can't be super quiet. So far 4.5 starts for them and please try it yourself, you will not regret and also give them a chance if something happens. They have the best service. Beach is only 5 min drive with fence for private beach. You can go there for free if no one is on duty. Parking at hotel is limited basically the one near to rooms, first come first serve. Rest have to park in front of hotel which is 2 min walk. Hot water comes instantly and they have plenty of supplies. I would definitely go again and recommend everyon

Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, el personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El valet parking fue rápido y eficiente, haciendo todo más cómodo. Además, la habitación era muy bonita, cómoda y acogedora. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

we had a really nice stay. the room was clean and smelled good and the bed was comfy so we slept well. the staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. the location was great. everything was close and it felt safe. overall it was an easy and chill stay with no problems. also the front desk was welcoming and quick with check-in. they explained everything clearly and were always helpful when we had questions. would def stay here again

The convenient location and the in-room hot tub were definite highlights of my stay. However, I did experience some issues with the shower water not heating properly in my room.

We stayed for three nights and overall the biggest plus was the location of the property. It is walkable to all of the state line activities and the lake. The room is very small, and the furniture was a little outdated and beatup. The fire place was a nice touch and made the room very warm. The AC worked good. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The major issue we experienced was the lack of hot water in the shower. On two of three three days the shower had no hot water and was ice cold. The hot water in the restroom sink and jacuzzi worked great. We asked for a bottom floor room if it was available but management said they were all booked. We noticed three of the bottom rooms were under renovation. The property was a small property. The room did have a mini fridge and one coffee package. The wine glasses and coffee cups available were a nice touch.

Solid option for a budget-friendly, adults-only stay in Tahoe. The jacuzzi tub was a nice plus. One caution: if you plan to sleep in late/are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. We heard a lot of noise from housekeeping that started first thing in the morning.
