Favorite place to stay ever. It’s the complete luxury experience and the staff is wonderful. Love that it is pet friendly and they even had a welcome bag for my dog. Can’t beat the views. I will stay here every time I go to South Lake.

The air conditioning and fan in our room were nonfunctional, making the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors throughout the stay. The hotel could not provide another room or a satisfactory solution. The food was good, but the room conditions and excessive noise significantly affected our stay.

I'm writing this review with hesitancy because it wasn't bad but for the prices charged, I felt the overall experience could've been better. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities. Some staff were helpful, others were distracted and it felt like I was bothering them. Spa was small and cramped, attendant was distracted. Pool was nice and heated but the hot tub was out of service. We had a nice dinner but breakfast the next morning was cold and bland. Overall, there are more pluses than minuses but I feel the prices they charge don't match the quality.

Beautiful property with kind and caring staff. Wonderful location with a sandy beach and a fireplace at night to stay warm. The shuttle to town is easy and the staff for it are kind and ready to help at a moment's notice. We had daily housekeeping and everything was perfect when we returned to the room each night.

I loved everything about our experience at the Landing. The room was above and beyond what I expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort felt tucked away from the busy Main Street and coffee, restaurants, and shops are just in walking distance. It was nice to be able to get my steps in while still having the option of using the shuttle. I hope to be able to visit again and I will always recommend this resort to family and friends.

Excellent room. Very comfy beds. Love the fireplace and the balcony with a view. The premium rooms are so much roomier and with 2 nice comfy chairs to sit in front of fireplace. The bathrooms have heated toliet seats and floors. And shower and a big jet tub The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Made to order omelets waffles and some pastries The beach across street was scene wonderful. I highly recommend you stay here

We always enjoy staying at The Landing when in South Lake Tahoe. The lake views are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and Heavenly Village is a 10 minute walk or free shuttle ride away. And best part… The Landing always welcomes our dog!

We arrived and had an issue with another tenant the staff was on top of everything relocating and upgrading our room to a suite. We highly recommend the suite. The pool was very nice, the convenient shuttle was great, the bikes available on loan, and the complementary champagne, and the lake views. The location was great. The only negatives we really had: The beach was very busy all the time and had limited space to spend the day they accept payment from outside visitors so it is not only for the people staying at the resort. And there was no microwave in the room. But other than those our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend the suite. Just get the upgrade. It’s worth it.
