"Paid for an upgrade to a lake view room, yet is was old and in dire need of a refreshing. Also, not sure if construction was going on above us but it was very noisy at all hours of the day and night"

"The room was clean, bathrooms large and classy, air conditioning worked but temp controller bounced around, bed and bedding good, chair in room cheesy, walls block sound, nice swimming pool, casino smells like smoke, food way overpriced, room rate matched quality of room."

"They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required....

"The parking lots were being resurfaced causing having to move car multiple times. We were never advised at check in that this project would be ongoing for our entire stay. The carpet in our room had two really dark spills/stains that should have be steamed prior to renting room. The hot tub was nice as was the pool - however, the entry apron down into pool was very sharp/gritty decomposing concrete and needs to be resurfaced. It is the only location where it hurts the feet.
