"The hotel is new and therefore clean and modern. Room was typical of the modern urban style. There was a restaurant and bar inside, which we didn't use. Beware of the parking. There are spots in front of the hotel which is $26 a night payable by the QR code, and parking lot in the back of the hotel is $10 a night but only if you use the QR code at the hotel lobby. Otherwise you will be charged $31 by the city! The nice thing about the hotel is the location,which is right on the Missouri River. A street car runs from the hotel which is the first stop and runs to the city market area and down through major parts of Kansas City so it is very convenient to ride the street car to get too many places you would want to visit in Kansas city."
