"I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times over the past two years while my daughter attended Warner University, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The staff—from check-in to housekeeping to the breakfast team—are always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. You’re greeted with a smile, and they genuinely make sure you have everything you need.
The rooms have always been clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The mattresses feel newer and are very comfortable. I also appreciate the quality Dove soap and shampoo provided. It’s a small touch, but it helps save space when traveling.
One of the standout perks is the fresh cookies available each evening from 5 to 7 p.m., a simple but enjoyable treat. Breakfast is another highlight, offering a wide variety of options from cereal and bagels to hot items like pancakes, eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. Everything is kept fresh, hot, and well-stocked, and the breakfast staff works hard to keep the area clean and organized.
