"Chambre propre, tout a été refait c’est un lieu agréable. La piscine est sympa et propre, la température agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle également et pratique. Le seul bémol, le bruit. Les chambres peuvent être communiquantes et on entend beaucoup les voisins…"

"The room was good except for the carpet needs to be shampooed. The breakfast was great everyday. Most of the staff don't speak English so asking for things was hard. My wife got hurt and the staff and manager didn't care if she was ok and did want to file an accident report. The staff just lets none staying guest into the pool area to swim in there street clothes and disrupt the paying guests. This is supposed to be a secured area for the paying guests of the hotel."

"Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. "The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week."

"Overall, I had a good stay at the Element Reno. The location was convenient, breakfast was solid, and the bar was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having access to the guest washer and dryer, which is especially helpful when traveling. The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. I wasn’t able to find any signage or notice about the closure, so a little more communication would have been...
