"The windows in the North Wing don’t open and the non smoking room gets filled with the smoke from the casino. I was charged a resort fee that Expedia did not list and was refunded because I mentioned it. Not great and would not go back. "

"My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. It’s very refreshing to stay at a place that truely feels like a home. The property was spotless and the gym/pool are amazing. 5 stars all the way around."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."
