"This was our second stay, I was disappointed at this last vacation and even more because my first visit was such a great experience. Our room wasn’t the one I thought I was booking, the description was misleading to understand what “kind” I was choosing. Wasn’t able to switch at time of check due to pre-registering, which I had never done but thought “how convienent”. Our bathroom had no shampoo or body soap in the tub which was a lovely surprise once a person had gone into the shower and soaked...
