"Check-in line up was long but it went fast once we reached the check-in person. It was easy to find our room, which was excellent. Nice size, clean, excellent bed, bathroom and towels. We didn't use the restaurants or bar but bought breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs. We were just there one night to see a concert. It was great to stay at the same hotel as the concert. Would recommend."

"The location was great and conveniently close to many attractions, which made getting around easy. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
Our only concerns were that the bedding had an unpleasant smell, as if it had not been changed before our check-in, and the shower head needs some repair. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff."

"The hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. The light fixtures need maintenance, and the air vents and bathroom exhaust fans need to be thoroughly cleaned. The hair dryers are also very dirty, especially the filters on the back, which need proper cleaning.
Also, all the shampoo and soap bottles in some rooms are completely empty.
The pillows are also very poor quality and feel very cheap. After use, the filling separates into lumps inside the pillowcase, making them very uncomfortable to...
