The Florentine Waterfront Hotel

"Best hotel of our entire 3-week road trip! This was the last stop of our three-week road trip, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to finish it. After staying at around 20 different hotels along the way, The Florentine Waterfront Hotel easily took the #1 spot for us. Everything about our stay was excellent — beautiful property, great location, very clean and comfortable, and just an amazing atmosphere. After being on the road for three weeks, this was exactly the kind of place we wanted for our final stop. We stayed at many great hotels during this trip, but this one really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. A perfect ending to an unforgettable road trip! 5/5."

"I like that the Chevron is right next door and that it's cheap. I also didn't come home with bed bugs, so that's a plus. Nice and old school, I appreciate its existence."
Red Lion Hotel Coos Bay

"The fan A/C unit was not working at all. Staff offered a replacement room but we didn’t want to move our stuff upstairs. I asked for a box fan and they provided the unit in the office. Breakfast was nothing special. Very limited offerings."

Plainview Motel & RV Park

"This hotel was clean. Good water pressure. Little kitchenette which i did not use. It is on a main road that does seem to quiet down later in the night. It is a nice inexpensive room. Be warned that the rv park is not one that people come and go. These people live here. It is kind of an eye sore; but i met some nice people who live there. Don't let what you see run you away."

"We loved the little cabin we rented and the ability to sit and drink coffee while watching birds and the water. We enjoyed the pool and shuffle board. We liked being able to cook food in our cabin."
