Parking was fine. Ants in bathroom. Had a loud punk concert in conference center going late into night (at least to midnight) that we were not advised of prior to check in. They ran out of towels and so we could not get the 3 we needed. The remote for TV did not work, we asked about it and they thought batteries were working fine, they were not. *First room had a broken door latch and chirping smoke alarm, they did move us to a room that did not have these issues right away.

The staff seemed to be doing what they could with what they have. However, the owners need to invest in maintenance. I'm not even thinking about upgrades; that would be nice, but basic repair and maintenance needs to be done first. Our room had a terrible musty smell. I could see staining on the ceiling and evidence of roof leaking at some point. This was confirmed by a staff member. I have bought several old homes over the years and am familiar with indicators and concerns of water damage (as I have spent a lot of time following around home inspectors and repair persons over the years). These rooms should not be rented to anyone until repairs have been completed and mold remediation has been completed and an official inspection has been done post repair. There were a lot of little things that were concerning, such as bathroom fan only working sporatically, etc. However, it was the idea of breathing mold that I found most troubling. This used to be a nice motel and has the bones to be updated to be nice again.

The only feedback I have is i continuously had issues with the door locks, Upon arrival my door wouldn't lock the staff quickly moved me into another room. The newroom i had issues with the door lock as well. I continuously had to go to the main office for them to either. Get me a new key or a key re download the current key, The staff was amazing, the entirety of the time and made it a seamless issue.

It was clean and quiet with everything we needed for a short stay in town. The shower was amazing! Really hot water with good pressure. The bed was comfy and we were able to walk to a nice dinner place. Would definitely return!

We ended up staying at this place for 3 nights due a basketball tournament and never again! 1. Shower- it was not working properly. We couldn’t get it work. No water would come out. We were told that the shower handle gets stuck here and there and it just needs a little shaking. We waited for the maintenance guy and never showed up. Are you serious? 2. Door- We left our room unlocked several times because we couldn't get the door to lock. We were thinking it was us just not knowing how to lock it. Well, we happen to find out it was the door not working properly that’s why it was not locking. 3 Carpet- it was dirty! There were spots everywhere. I don’t it’s been clean in a very long time. After driving for more than 7 hours with a toddler, hoping to stay at a clean, quiet place it definitely did not happen. The only bright side of this was the gal that works in the A.M shift, she was helpful and understanding.

The first run, we was put into smell like smoke like somebody smoked a cardinal cigarettes did not have no heat in the room move this to another room. We had ant problems, and troubles with the door working with the key card that we had had to have that redone several different times just not very happy with this go around in the eight years that we’ve been going to the red line, we’ve never had this kind of trouble before. not very happy with the outcome or the price.

I don’t usually give negative feedback but I wish someone would have told me! Rooms had tiny queens beds Ants in the bathroom Room smelt like mildew Nightstand was partially chewed up Plug ins didn’t work The room key didn’t work at first and then proceeded to take 4 tried every time I left Overall, it’s a no from me.

I reserved a king. Was told none were available. Got a queen. We went to our room and it was freezing. The heater was turned off. It was 50 degrees. The room right next door was a king and the door was ajar and the room was not made up. The door was still ajar when we came back from dinner and when we checked out. This hotel has a lot of rooms and there were very few cars. Pretty sure they just didn’t care

The staff were friendly, but the room wasn't as clean as expected. Peeling paint, doors cracked and ceiling tiles were stained. Carpets could have used vacuuming and surfaces wiped off.
