"We have stayed here many times. As always, I requested no stairs on our pre-paid reservation. We arrived at 4:00 check-in time and were told we were upstairs. This is problematic for me at age 80. I doubt that everyone downstairs needed ground level, even though they were fully occupied. I wish we had known ahead of time so we could try to find other arrangements. Also, they have eliminated closets and any other means of hanging clothes. The curtain rods were our best bet. not sure if we will continue to stay here thought it is a nice place."
