"Everytime I stay, either the gym or hot tub are closed. Once, both.... Its frustrating because you dont find out until you get there and I spend more money to stay here to enjoy these amenities."

"I have stayed at this property for 20 or more years and it has declined significantly in the past two years. I think it needs a full update of decor and infrastructure. It’s unfortunate as it is so well located to the center of south bend. The floor of my room was fake wood that left my bare feet dirty whenever I walked in it. There was a seriously stained toilet bowl, or it was allowed to sit and not cleaned properly. TV was a mess with two remotes and no logical way to use them. I had to call for help twice and almost a third time. The lighting in the room was very dark. Even with the drapes open."
