"The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of options. I called ahead and requested a roll away bed for our room since there were three of us traveling together. I was assured that it was marked on our reservation and the rollaway bed would be in the room when we arrived. That did not happen. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything.
