"The room and the building was very dirty. Our AC was not working. The room was so hot. The fridge was not working, our ice in the freezer melted. The sheets still has hair. The breakfast was always just bread, coffee, juice, yogurt and cereal. No one even cleans or wipes the table after someone ate. I was so stupid for not reading the reviews before booking. Never booking there again."

Petit problème de propreté dans la salle de bain ( bibittes , plancher et murs sales ). La responsable du service à la clientèle en était sincèrement désolée. Autre problème : plus de stationnement de disponible pour nous."

"We were treated very well at the Four Points. The suite was perfect for us and our daughter. Staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Special shout-out to Nitika who graciously helped us out when we had a major change of plans. Food and staff at Sophia’s was also fantastic. Highly recommend this property. Great value for money."

"We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room stayed nice and cool (despite record high heat outside), beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The shower was hot and the water pressure was amazing. Grandson thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and it was actually a great way for him to acclimate to water slides before his first trip to Magic Mountain the following day. Breakfast choices included eggs, bacon, potatoes, (baked beans and sausage on the second day) fruit, yogurt,...
