"Checking was quick and easy. Tim (desk manager) was so great. He was professional, polite and provided useful information for my stay. My room, was clean, spacious and wonderfully air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was delicious, seating outdoors and near the pool made it extra enjoyable."

"The food and staff were very good, very attentive and helpful people, the problem is that the hotel began a renovation and I never saw that information when I booked, it was uncomfortable and we could not enjoy the hotel quietly as we thought, besides the smell of the kitchen invading my room every morning, smell of oil and it was not very pleasant. I would repeat the hotel, but I would make sure to call to confirm that they have already finished slash renovations."

"The only issue we had was the AC did not cool the room enough for us but the staff did offer us a fan and that was perfect."

"Excellent place to stay. I came with family and kids. The breakfast is excellent. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is professional! The laundry place is very convenient as well and clean. The 24 hours market helps us when the kids are hungry and wanted some snacks, price is very reasonable. We had a blast! Thank you!"

"The stay was exactly what i wanted. I was close to everything that I needed. Pool was clean and plenty of seating. The room was super spacious and clean, also the free breakfast was just great. The only downside was that for some reason the room (312) was causing severe allergies for us so bad that my daughter had an asthma attack."

"Needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to work. Asked to reserve the extra night thru expedia. By mistake 2027 was selected. When trying to correct this I was not refunded for the mistake reservation. Lost $300 dlls. Still to payed for the correct reservation 2026 date."
