Would never stay at this hotel again if I was paid to do so! Shabby service, less-than-mediocre facility, smelly rooms. Weird, unappealing room layout. Very disappointed by hotel and its limited substandard offerings.

Woodspring Suites Sumter Near Shaw Afb
I tried to add a person to the hotel room for a week, and the property still gave the room away to someone else. It was nothing but a hassle; I will never book there again.

Staff is nice except for Jason who was rude and not helpful when I informed him that our hotel room door was open when we returned to the room that evening. I probably won't stay here again due to security issues. I had the Do Not Disturb on the door and they still made the beds and left the door ...
