Struttura situata in un bel punto di lampedusa. Andrea e Rossella un amore soprattutto Rossella che ci abbiamo preso confidenza. Internet non funziona bene nelle camere. Nella televisione funzionano 3 canali. La nota dolente è la pulizia nelle camere che scarseggia un po.

Ottima struttura. Vicino alla spiaggia e alla fermata del bus per le calette. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona con torte alla frutta fatte in casa. Consiglio questa struttura .

Um lugar muito especial. Começando pelas recepcionistas Rossella, uma querida e Georgia, muito gentis, competentes...Elas organizaram também passeios de barcos, deram dicas de praias, restaurantes e tudo de lindo para fazer na ilha encantada que é Lampedusa❤️. Limpeza impecável, localização perfeita e tem também um restaurante praticamente dentro do hotel, mas não pertence ao mesmo, onde é servido o café da manhã, delicioso. Enfim, não vejo a hora de voltar.

Posizione molto buona, vicino al paese e ben posizionato x le spiagge. La mancanza di vere persiane (ci sono solo tende oscuranti..) aumenta la temperatura della camera (il sole batte e riscalda costantemente i vetri della camera..)e ci faceva svegliare molto presto. La doccia aveva un telo vecchio e sporco in basso.. sarebbe meglio cambiarlo.

ottima la posizione, comoda per qualsiasi spostamento, di fronte agli imbarchi escursioni, raggiungi il centro a piedi, scorciatoia per accedere alla spiaggia della guitgia, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi anche cala croce, fermate navetta a due passi. Bella camera con vista mare fornita di tutti i comfort, compresi asciugamani da spiaggia. Colazione molto buona con ottimi cornetti e cannoli, oltre ad altro di dolce e salato, varia anche di giorno in giorno

Posizione strategica, di fronte al Porto Nuovo e a 15 min a piedi da Via Roma. Si arriva a piedi anche alla bellissima spiagia Guitgia. Ristorante adiacente I Gemelli dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene per 2 volte in una settimana. Belle camere spaziose e personale molto gentile, pronti ad accogliere qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. Ringraziamo la cortesia di Giorgia e Maria Rosaria della Reception e di Paolo del Ristorante che ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni. Lampedusa è una bellissima isola, l'abbiamo visitata per la seconda volta e sicuramente ritorneremo

La struttura è semplice e di poche pretese, tutto sommato accettabile anche se necessita di una bella rinfrescata. Non c'è un locale di accoglienza per gli ospiti, per cui nell'attesa del check in o check out si è costetti a stare all'aperto...al calore del sole o a ciò che il meteo riserva. Nella mia camera il bagno presentava diverse incrostazioni, soprattutto nella doccia. Ciò che è stato veramente deludente è la mancanza di accoglienza e partecipazione da parte del personale, ciò ha rasentato la scortesia. Vengono forniti i teli mare...sono vecchi e stazzonati (come del resto tutta la biancheria), non vengono cambiati per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Se si offre un servizio di cortesia, non ha senso offrirlo scadente. Meglio nulla. Idem la biancheria nelle camere: passi gli asciugamani cambiati ogni due giorni, ma le lenzuola non sono state cambiate mai durante il mio soggiorno di 8 notti. La colazione: buffet poco assortito (poca frutta e la stessa di giorno in giorno, idem per le torte che venivano riproposte dal giorno prima), ma sarebbe passato in secondo piano se non fosse stato che il personale in servizio non è stato ospitale. Niente più che un saluto, se gli veniva rivolto...
