"Horrible! I was charged extra for a king balcony room which I was already booked for and given a queen room with balcony. The room was unfinished, no baseboards, dirty carpet, itchy bed sheets and the shower wouldn’t get hot. My husband fell down the stairs due to the hand rail coming out of the wall. The staff were very rude, refused a refund and treated my husbands accident like nothing happened. We were refused extra check out time even though my husband was unable to help due to falling down the stairs, as we were leaving I caught the manager and his daughter dig through the dumpster like they were trying to locate our trash. Food looked and smelled disgusting, the property is very dirty and unkept. Horrible place to stay!"
