"Nikki at the front desk was helpful. When I get my refund for the stay I will be happier. It does not have a hot tub as the page says. The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled like stale refrigerator. We booked it specifically for the hot tub so when there wasn’t one I asked them to cancel our stay and refund it. Nikki said they are going to so we shall see."

"Family of three traveling with a seven years old, unfortunately we found sex toys in the nightstand by our bed. Unsure how clean the room actually was. Notified the front desk and all they said was to “email the GM” but we have not heard back or received a refund. Elevators were not working. I should have paid the extra $20 to stay somewhere else."

"We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. Our bathtub wasn’t in the best shape and it was also backed up with a very slow drain. We skipped...
