"I loved staying at this hotel. It was very convenient for downtown Lancaster and the outlets. The room was very large, so you don’t feel cramped. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and I would stay here again."

"Room was clean but a little outdated with a really strange/mildew smell that never left. I enjoyed the smart tv and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Half the laundry equipment was working, but that was good enough. Staff was friendly and nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again unless the interior gets an update. "

"The property was excellent and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. A Latino man made sure our room was clean and directed to a clean room. The African American woman who was doing breakfast, made sure got me and my family whatever we needed. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful. "

"Some updating would make hotel better— hallway carpeting, some wallpaper peeling in the shower, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. Otherwise the hotel was Ok."

"Take the problems that the Cartoon Network had and slap a fresh coat of paint on it. That’s exactly what DW did with the motel. We stayed for three days over the Easter weekend. Writing this on our last night here. The rooms were renovated with new flooring, wallpaper and paint. What remained was the same problems with the plumbing and other problems. When we entered the room the tub drained so slow you where you’re standing in water as you showered. The pull for the “new” shower divert did not...
