Very good value for the price. Actually quite a bit of a steal for the area. The rooms were a bit dated but the family that runs it kept the room quite clean and were very accommodating/friendly. My only issue was the tub didn’t drain well but that was barely an issue. 100% going back if I am back in Lancaster, very close to a ton of restaurants, shops and Dutch Wonderland. Best value in town by far.

Old school courtyard motel - a real blast from the past, all that was needed for a complete trip back to 1970s travel with my folks would have been a magic fingers device. The staff was very welcoming and the room was immaculate with clean sheets and comfortable beds. A very good value.
Haven't had one of these with a hotel stay for a long while!
