"My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza."

"Perfect location for being in the center of the city. The restaurant that is below was delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the historical vibe of the building. The room itself had a more modern look and our room looked right out into the plaza center. Unique entrance right through the restaurant. Memorable experience."

"Very relaxing hotel with great ambiance being surrounded by many period features. Our room at the top was very clean and tidy and worked very well. The breakfast was great with plenty of fruit, fresh orange juice and includes a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The gentleman looking after the breakfast supply was very attentive, thanks. The check in was easy and explained the special parking and where our room was very well. The Markt was only around 8-10 minutes walk at the most via the fish...

The hotel is well located to walk to the main sights and across the town, very close to the grote markt, and lots of nice restaurants while still being quiet. Staff were very helpful with any information we needed. I would definitely stay here again. "
