I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and was charged by Hotel.com. But at the checkout at the front desk they told me that the balance of the virtual card sent them by Hotels.com was $0,00. So they forced me to pay again. That is unacceptable! Both, the local hotel and Hotels.com are responsible ...

What makes this stay stand out were the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful. The place is clean. The breakfast is good. My bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but the staff were exceptional. I'd stay again anytime I'm here. Quick walk to the Capitol also.

Everything was amazing, especially the breakfast and the employees. The only negative thing I can say is there were tiny ants on the desk in my room, but those ants are EVERYWHERE, so I do not blame the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained.
