"I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it."

"This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. Loved the wood decor and accents. Kitchen was well stocked and had a full size coffee maker, small stovetop, and nice size fridge. Parking was a bit confusing for room #10 because there are no parking spots in front of the room and it's contactless check in with no front desk. Hosts were fairly responsive via text,...

"Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing."

"Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again."

"The staff I believe his name was Ryan was very helpful getting me into a first floor room as I have a cane and arthritis. He is a friendly guy and fun to work with. However neither of us knew the room was fouled with smoke that left my wife and I with headaches and a smell in our clothes that followed us around all day.The night clerk knew it was a smoking room. No way to change rooms as there were none available on either first or second floor. Thought about just walking away and going...

"From the dilapidated, deserted IHOP next-door, to the bright parking lot light shining through the inadequate curtain, it felt a little dingy. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t find anywhere else, it isn’t terrible, but if you’re wanting something clean and comfortable, where you can get a good rest, I would look elsewhere."

"I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid."

"We had an amazing stay! What a beautiful property and friendly staff. The pool was small but the kids had a great time. Breakfast was great with a ton of options for everyone. I was especially impressed that they offered non-dairy alternatives as most places don’t."
