"This hotel is playing some game with their indoor pool, which is closed for no reason. It is stated on their website that pool is closed for the renovation but there in no work is happening. Pool is in a very good condition, hotel just cover front windows with a paper. Also breakfast was poor."

"The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...

"Old historic building. Spacious rooms, especially the two bedroom unit with kitchen. Enjoyed staying there. Charming and convenient."

"I was double charged for my room. Staff ignored phone and email requests for a refund. Even Expedia staff had a hard time reaching hotel staff to dispute the charges. The staff that I was able to speak with on the phone was rude. The elevator was out of service and no notification was made prior to my arrival. Overall, not a great experience. It’s definitely not worth the price tag."

"The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound."

"The cleaning was a little bad. There was a lot of black dog hair on the bed or floor, but I really liked how all the staff were so kind and friendly to the dog."
