"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Our stay at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Vienna. The room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff was always attentive and kind. We never lacked anything we requested, and every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. "It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cercano al primer anillo de la ciudad pero no dentro lo que lo hace muy especial, cercano a muchos restaurantes de gente local. La habitación perfecta y la atención del personal de recepción como Slavo y Sohari, en el restaurant nos atendió Julian con gran amabilidad y la calidad de los alimentos fue espectacular. Claro que me hospedaría otra vez en el hotel! "

"Just an overnight stay before taking train to the airport. The location is excellent. A very good economical place for tourists who come in to town by rail or air. The entire city is easily accessible by walking or taking the local strassenbahn system. "
