"The property is extremely nicely kept and in a wonderful central location. Well equipped kitchen facilities. All in all, a positive experience.
Drawbacks:
1. No parking available on site. I had to park my car half a mile away overnight ($25 charge).
2. Small dining area. For my party of 6, there were only 2 bar stools. The rest of us ate on the sofa and chairs in the living room.
3. Small double beds in the two bedrooms. (For me, who am over 6', this was a problem.)

"Perhaps, we had an off night for the cleaning staff, but my room was not clean to hotel standards. I’m not picky at all, and I debated even saying anything because I like to give the hotels the benefit of the doubt, but if I had been staying more than just a couple hours to sleep, I probably would’ve mentioned it to the front desk. "The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block.
Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...
