"Great looking property with excellent views. There were great staffs and not so great staffs. Beach and pool staff were excellent, horse keeping and our waiter at the property restaurant were not so good. We requested washcloths and never got them. Overall, lacked a bit of hospitality to be a 5 star experience."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was around uncertainty around the cleanliness of my room floors which felt a bit sticking. Beyond that, I highly recommend this hotel."
