There were bugs in the room, especially in the bathroom. Our room was not cleaned every morning. We were not given fresh linens. Both sink and shower were both stopped up and we're not repaired. The room had bedbugs. Both my father and I were bitten up the first night. We were there all over. I had to go out and get cream and and then I actually had to call our doctor back home for him to call and get us cream because they were so bad. Unless you to living in a bug infested room or house you can stay here if not, I wouldn't stay within a 50 mile radius of this hotel . I believe that someone needs to call someone on this hotel because they are just pure nastiness if it wasn't for the fact that I was staying, I would have definitely checked out. !

Unsafe people walking around in the parking lot all night. I heard some guy screaming at his girlfriend he was going to shot her. I never went out till morning to leave. 1 guy stood by my window talking on his phone for hrs. No security at all. Never again. I came from the other coast and did not know the area.

Room was filthy and smelled musty the sheets were old and stained the toilet omg it was gross it needs scrubbing with toilet brush and bleach no toilet paper was in the room overall its the worst place i have ever stayed if it wasnt that late when i booked it i wouldn't have stayed nastiest place ever.

The mattress in my room needs to be replaced. Worn on one side and lumpy. Door didnt close correctly.had to mess with it, so that it would close. I did let the front office know. Even with my earned points, this motel 6 way too pricey.

Just be aware of your surroundings staying here. Our door was broken. We couldn’t lock the door, the people living in the hotel made it so uneasy to sleep at night. Screaming, yelling, smoking. It was inappropriate to experience this. Now the room is a whole story. The mattress is literally cardboard. The pillows seemed to be 10 years old. The room it self was poorly cleaned. The sinks were dirty, toilet and shower. We were not happy at all with this stay……..

The room was very dirty, there were stains all over the bed sheets and on the curtains, the room smelled very bad, we complained to the manager and all she said was sorry about that, really!!!

The employees were all very nice. The room smelled bad, I cleaned all surfaces & the vents on the air conditioner for 30 min. with Lysol Disinfectant, then it smelled better. No remote for the TV I called the office and corporate 9 times only receiving a "sorry" & never got the remote. Bugs coming out from behind the mirror. I could see thru to the parking lot along the door opening when the door is shut. The Floor was uneven and the flooring had large air bubbles as big as a frying pan. We did not use the shower the tub was stained, scratched & badly discolored all around, and the drain had no drain cover. I did not like anything about the room I stayed in. The employees were nice but all I got were apologies no resolutions. I told them that I required a refund and canceled the reservation for a second night. Expedia gave me my money back -a $2 service fee. No more complaints. Lesson learned

The door was hard to open. The bed railing is truly a hazard, it protrudes out a lot. The a/c unit sounds like a truck which kept me up all night and has no fan speed adjustments. The linen had cigarette burns on them. The toilet was stained badly. The curtain wasn’t properly secured. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Pubic hair was on the ceiling of the shower. The towels wasn’t white, had yellowing color. People hung out all night. The floor had brown stain marks on them. The entire experience was awful to say the least.

Stayed here for an expo we were doing in West Palm. Hotel is dirty, run down and appears to be in a questionable area of town. The towel rack was broken. The phone wasn’t functional. Our neighbors in the rooms around us were semi-permanent “residents”. There was a room a few doors down that was boarded up with plywood and another on the second floor with yellow tape around it. Beds were extremely hard and too big for the small room. German cockroach infestation so we’ll have to be careful with our belongings when we get home not to transfer them. No amenities at all besides tiny bars of soap. Police had some young people being arrested on the first night when we returned. Felt like an unsafe environment.
