"We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins."

"First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . "Room was clean and functional, but a few things could be improved. No full-length mirror in the room, and housekeeping doesn't change towels daily (every 2 days) or bed sheets weekly, which felt a bit stingy. Wifi signal was weak throughout the stay it needs to be improved. The pool area was very quiet with no music for atmosphere, and I was surprised to be charged for a towel (20€ deposit and 2€ per day) that's normally complimentary elsewhere. "We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."
