"Omg! This was a 100/10! The hotel is just breathtaking but don’t get me started on the staff. They were just incredible and kind. As a person of color traveling in Europe, I’m very conscious of where I stay and I will say this hotel was the most welcoming hotel my partner and I ever stayed in. Will always recommend and I can’t wait to be back! "

"Et rigtig lækkert sted med en moderne lejlighed inkl. aircondition og terrasse, et skønt poolområde med lunt vand og rigtig god beliggenhed, hvor det er nemt at komme både ned i Dubrovniks gamle bydel, på restaurant og på stranden. Rent og rart at være i. Og ikke mindst en utrolig rar og hjælpsom ejer, der har styr på tingene, altid svarer på henvendelser undervejs, og som ikke tøver med at dele ud af tips og tricks til opholdet. Vi vil helt klart anbefale dette sted, og håber også selv at komme...

"In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location. "

"Good location, kind of hard to find,, definately need your GPS, Cclose to Sunset Beach, a greatplace to relax, a 10 min walk to the bus to downtown, The only thing wrong, I could not use use the TV, needed directions to use the cable remotes, But overall, highly recommeneded,, Make sure you advise the owners in advance of you coming, "

"The Hotel Splendid is in a very nice area in Lapad. The grounds are very well maintained and have beautiful views of the bay. The bus stop to Dubrovnik old town is just across the street and bus #4 runs every 15/20 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful. The room we stayed on the first floor was very small. It is a quick walk from the Promenade with several restaurants to choose from.When we come back to Dubrovnik we most likely will stay there again. We might pick a better room option. "

"Staff location and cleanliness were all great. Construction was going on directly across the street from Hotel so was loud and dusty on front patio of hotel. The patio otherwise would have been a lovely place to sit and relax. "
