"Centrally located, and superb facilities at the Ventana. Staff were friendly and the breakfast provided was very nice."

"Very enjoyable stay, nice large rooms, breakfast was pretty good/good value. Really cool ambience and staff was great"

"Inaccurate description: no balcony as listed, drapery torned and ripped , partial lights bulbs burn out, refrigerator not cold enough. Asked the host to change room but not successful."

"The room is dirty. Upon check in, I informed how dirty the room is. Felt more like a motel rather 4 star resort. They moved me to another room after the 1st night. Room was the same layout off 23 floor vs first night floor 10th. The new room wasn't that much better but I decided to just stay rest of time there. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Clean and organized room, very nice & courtesy staff, close to shopping, many restaurants nearby."

"Good service,"

"The rooms were small but spacious, the view was wonderful (picked sunrise, worth it), and the breakfast was the cherry on top! The staff was incredible and helpful. Overall was an amazing stay. Thank you!!"
