"Jamina at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with a check in issue. I booked through Hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the virtual card Hotel.com had provided to the Hotel for payment would not work.I had paid Hotel.com online via Applepay but the virtual number from them to the actual hotel did not work. So the hotel had not been paid by hotel.com. It took me an hour on the phone with Hotel.com to get this rectified so I could finally be able to check in. The room was very clean, bed was comfy but the traffic noise was horrible. I had ear plugs on and could still hear it. The hotel sits on a very busy highway. Traffic could be heard throughout the night. "

"Got in later than expected and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. Parking was plentiful. Location was a bit less than we expected - largely strip malls and not many places to eat. The place was not high on amenities but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay and the price was reasonable. We did appreciate the table and chairs outside our door so we could enjoy the weather each evening."

"Staff was nice and polite, but this hotel needs a major overhaul. The window curtains were stained and had holes in it. The safety latch for the door had been torn off. The towels are old and worn. The room looked like it was still the 70’s!! "
