"Hotel is right next to Busch gardens which is a huge plus if you are going there! We picked up our keys and went to our room, in which the window was facing a hallway wall in a dark corner. No problem, we weren’t there for the views, we were there to just have a place to crash for two nights. Hotel was full of smokers outside. The strangest part was breakfast. My sister and I went down for the free breakfast, which was incredibly mid. Cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice machines. We...

"Clean room"

"After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"The hotel itself was great, very clean. The private party they had at the restaurant next door showing the New York Kinks basketball game caused havoc with parking. The partons of the restaurant used the hotels parking lot for overflow parking. When we arrived, there was nowhere to park. Cars were parked on the grass, in front of no parking signs, in fire lanes and double parked. When I inquired at the front desk the attitude was oh well, it's a special occasion. "The kitchenette was a nice feature and convenient for our stay. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to change rooms twice—our first room did not have the requested bathtub, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels and trash left in the bathroom. The third room was clean and acceptable, although a bit outdated, and while the breakfast the next morning was decent, the selection was fairly basic."

"Hard to find a parking space at night. Parking spaces blocked with no reason. I did’n see nobody working on it."

"Booked a 2 room king suite. The front tv didn’t work even after some troubleshooting. The right shelf of the tv stand in the bedroom was covered in some type of extremely sticky goo with a set of kids socks that were stuck to it. The ac is all or none. I don’t think the thermostat worked. I turned it up all the way to 80 and the room stayed at 65. The towels were old and frayed. The diner on site was pretty good though."

"The owner was extremely accommodating! She and her pup were great company. She even let me check in a tiny bit early and drove me to the airport due to losing my phone during the trip! 100% recommend staying here, what could have been a horrible stay due to being phoneless worked out great thanks to Kim!"

"Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there."

"It is close to i75 easy to get.around but prperty has a plumbing issue iflushed toilet and it flooded the floor so much i left my stay early"
