"This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast."

"Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

"One of the outlets in my room didn’t work. It’s nothing the hotel itself to help, but lord it was noisy- trains, airplanes, and stomping.. wasn’t very restful.."

"First room I was assigned to had a completely shattered window. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, but she struggled with the computer, she said it was her first shift by herself, she tried to call someone on the phone to get help with the check in process several times and no one answered. You need to rethink that part and always have someone on call. "

"Room was disgustingly dirty, mold on ice machine, bugs in shower, floors and walls filthy, smelled horrible, we were booked for one night couldn’t even stay, advised front desk we were leaving hotel did not try to accommodate at all.. would never recommend "
