"Overall, we enjoyed our stay with friends at the property. We had a delayed check in, which was a frustrating process. We had to continually call and sit on hold or leave the pool to go to the front desk building to se did the room was ready. Thankfully we were able to use the water area while we waited. I suggest that they create some type of outside common area that is open to everyone even after the water area is closed. Suggest a swing and seating area to gather in. We enjoyed dinner at...

"Cozy atmosphere, close walk to the beach, restaurant on property."

"The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online."

"This property was impeccable! The grounds were well kept and there was lots of outdoor seating in a beautiful courtyard with pool and hot tub. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was a great area for walking the dog. The breakfast was first rate and tasted great with plenty of selection. There was nothing bad to say about this property! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places we have stayed."

"The room was extremely musty smelling. The bathroom floor was wet and very humid. I did ask for a different room and they accommodate immediately. The next morning I was trying to check out and the poor young lady was not able. She was new and had to call someone to assist her. I waited for about 45 minutes and finally left. She told me she would check me out. I did get a receipt later on that day around 3pm. Will avoid this hotel when passing through Gulfport."
