"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. BUT I am not fond of the steel and glass big box hotels. This place had romance and character. The courtyard was lovely, we ate at Palm Court twice and the food was excellent. And the room....just lovely with new bedding, black out shades and a wonderful shower with bath products. I read other reviews and I must correct people. First, there is late check out. You can check out up until noon. Second, there is a coffee bar. and...

"Great spot . Very clean and amazing set up. Only delta, the outside lights are too bright and it will be nice to have blackout curtains. "

"The hotel that was advertised was not the place we stayed, no pool and we were suppose to get a bottle of wine everyday of our stay only got it the first day. I was extremely disappointed there was no pool, that was one of the reasons I chose that property was to relax at pool."

"I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an event on-site in which the individual managing the event was rude to my daughter and myself as we went to access the garden area. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist immediately to help navigate guest access. Thank you, that was one of the reasons we booked this location and we appreciated the support."
