"Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The ceiling throughout the bathroom/kitchen area had water damage, which I don't attribute to a cleanliness issue but instead a maintenance issue. The shower water took 4 or 5 minutes to heat up, however it did eventually get hot. Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was pretty slow. Front desk staff never seemed too eager to assist and weren't overly friendly, though certainly not rude. The housekeepers were all very friendly and welcoming!...

"The only problem I had was when I booked the hotel room, there was nothing on the site that you had to pay for parking. If we already paying to stay at the hotel we should not have to pay to park there as well. Other than that the room was very night and clean."

"The staff was fine. No problems at all. The building and grounds need a lot of work. People litter frequently, and more receptacles are needed, as is a thorough cleanup of the entire property. There is zero outdoor seating, and the "pool" has been filled with cement. Why not make it a covered outdoor sitting area? Also, I noted at least one undriveable vehicle in the back parking area (there's probably more than just the one), and there was an individual sleeping in his clearly damaged car in...

"The whole place is being gutted for renovations so it’s dusty and no amenities. The pictures on the website are I guess what they want it to look like but it’s not close now. The breakfast on the second day was I’m sure leftovers from the day before. I wouldn’t suggest booking this hotel for another year hopefully it will be finished"

"I have stayed here numerous times & overall i do like this hotel for the great service from the courteous & attentive staff. This stay was my best experience. My room was clean & comfortable. In the past, I had a bad experience with something in my room triggering my dust allergy but not this time which made this stay very pleasant for me. The breakfast service offers a nice variety of food items to choose from. The bar area is a clean sophisticated vibe! Thanks Grand Hyatt Team!"
