"Do not stay here. The GM just does what he wants. Damn the customer. Hotel has roaches, rat traps all over the outside, and the whole thing smells like damp w33d and mildew. We’re trying to save money while we get our new place set up and wanted a place to cook and store food. Fridge and freezer haven’t worked the whole time we’ve been here and flooded the kitchen area. Ive extended our stay a few days at the time as needed and even the GM has helped me do so. I always pay in advance. Today...

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dee. Breakfast was supplied and happy hour drinks and lite appetizers was a nice feature. Pool felt great. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months."

"The only issue we had with the property was the noise level. The room next door had TV on throughout the night. We could hear TV, conversations, even the microwave beep next door. The staff was very nice. The entire property was very clean."

"Nice rooms with ample space and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, but many times we found we had to wait for someone to come back to the front desk as they had stepped away, and there was normally only one person there when they were available. Pool was not clean and there was a pervasive natural gas smell outside near the pool and in parts of the back side of the lobby by the elevator."

"We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back."
