"I loved my Hampton Inn experience at Phenix, AL. Breakfast was delicious as always. The place was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The Hotel was very worn and dark. They don’t keep coffee makers in the room. You have to ask for it at the front desk. The parking lot had homeless sitting in it. We decided that we were not comfortable there and left for a different hotel. "

"Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them"

"There was a used soap in the tub but no unused soap for me to use. No trash can in the room. Even though I asked for late checkout, one of the staff was banging on the door to checkout. It was beyond rude and unprofessional. I’ll never stay at this establishment ever again"

"The room was exceptionally clean staff was very friendly plenty of parking the only thing I don't like is breakfast it's the same thing every time I stay on the weekend."
