"By far the worse place I’ve stayed in my life. Extremely dirty Pool was dirty and the heated pool never worked Elevators smelled like pee. Our toilet was clogged and out of service the moment we arrived. We asked to have it fixed or another room, they said they no one available to fix it and that there was no other rooms available. Had to drive to local restaurants to use the restroom. Unacceptable service. They HANDED ME A PLUNGER. Like what…"

"The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very friendly and informative. The suite was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The resort is very dark at night and there are no sidewalks except near the falls. There are several restaurants that are open during the day but they all close by 5pm except for the expensive fine dining and the Point in a thyme. This was always sold out. The first night we sat at the bar but the service was very slow and we had a hard time getting our check. Plan on eating off property. The resort was conveniently located to places we wanted to go to. We would stay here again. "

The carpet was extremely soiled, the room smelled horrible, the furniture was beyond worn and broken, the sink had only a knob for cold water, the bathtub was in very poor condition, and there did not seem to be any hot water. It does not even get lukewarm. I was expecting a four-star hotel when I booked, but as a person who travels the world and stays in many hotels, this was the worst condition a room has ever been in.
