"It’s convenient"

"This is a very nice property and has been undergoing upgrades. Our suite was exactly what we needed. However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed."

"Everything was clean until we found a large dead roach inside the restroom."

"I don't know what the problem was but I had to leave early because I could not receive mail or packages never received anything in writing or on the site also I have a recently issued gov't I'd with a picture and everyone kept that I was crazy that it is not me and several other women implied that they are me that I stoled my id also I look exactly like the picture"

"I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends ."

"Pool and breakfast buffet were both closed for an entire week stay in the summer. Was not aware of this until we arrived, or compensated in any way."

"No dishes, flatware, cups, towels. Bathtub needed fixing. Holes in walls and stains on mattress. Entire place needed a thorough scrubbing."

"Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe."

"Its 110 degrees In Az N When i checked in a room immediately felt the difference… The heat is real here and their Cold air is real in this hotel too 💙💪"

"The room was nice when we arrived, but it wasn't cleaned every day. We stayed for five days, and I thought they were going to clean my room and restock the towels. The parking was good. On one of the days, a fight broke out in the room above us super early in the morning. Someone was banging on the door, and when they opened it, things were thrown across the room. It was not good, and I felt unsafe. Other than this, it was ok."
