"Beneficial for families. Bus service to parks were varied hours, not conducive to certain schedules. Food was ok. As non-child guests, didn't take advantage of breakfast and repeated dinner items. Overall, good for price and location for families/larger groups."

"Cheap and cheerful, its a great location and quiet. Pool and hot tub were great with disabled access which is always nice to see. We did have to ask for the condo to be re cleaned as hubby's feet were black after 10 mins walking around barefoot. Had a problem with some tiny little ants over the kitchen counter which staff came 3 times to spray before they went (only to return on the day we checked out) but I can't praise the reception staff enough, so very helpful. Great place for the price."

"This property was not too big and not overcrowded. easy to walk to pool/office/rec areas and sister resort. The bathrooms were a little dated and the water pressure was low. Employees were very kind and the price was right."

"Property is very clean. Staff are very nice. Rooms are small no shower gel for two days in the shower although I asked didn’t like that. I have to give a ticket for water as a diamond member. I should just be able to get one in my room every day instead of asking."

"Parking was a nightmare and paid all the money for valet to wait 20 minutes in line each time to drop our car back off to them. The floors in our room were sticky and stains on our sheets and towels upon arrival. We also happened to go during a boys basketball tournament and it made our stay less than great. There were mass groups of kids running around the hotel, unsupervised, cursing, making messes, fighting, running through the halls at 1am screaming and slamming doors. No hotel security...

"A very good hotel, a little bit overpriced, with a very expensive parking fee, I understand $65 for valet but $40 for self parking in Florida this is crazy, it’s same expensive at Disney parks, the lazy river is fabulous but not as big as it shows in the photos, rooms space is ok, with great charging ports"
