Though mini refrigerator was left open on arrival with a towel underneath, looked like trying to defrost the freezer. Not a big deal to me, but others might expect that to be all cleaned up before check-in. Another guest had car window broken overnight. Unclear cause, but unnerving. Was happy with the room but probably would not stay here again for questionable safety of the area."

"I put one of our drivers who broke down in this place. He said, he found a cricket in the refrigerator and the TV did not work. There were 2 sketchy charaters parked outside sitting in their car. He called Domino's for pizza and the delivery driver made him meet outside the parking lot. He did not feel safe going in there."

Tonight I was running low on funds and didn't have enough to cover a drink. A few minutes later , a knock on my hotel door and the worker bought it for me. The hotel is clean.The showers are nice.The t v's work good , the acs work good. If you were going to be staying in the beaumont banning area , stay here"

"it is an old hotel, pool was dirty, small parking lot, used condom left in parking lot at the bottom of the stairs, I was charged a deposit to the room. I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1"

"I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them."

"The only complaint I had is there was no one in the office when I was trying to check in and there was no one in the office when I was trying to check out apparently if they are on lunch no one is there to cover they just make us wait which I didn’t appreciate"
