"There were issues with incorrect charging of my account and my room not being ready on time — the the staff is above par - Ryan that works in the restaurant and pool , and the lady who works the restaurant (I so wish I had got her name, but I bet Ryan can tell you ) were wonderful (even while being overwhelmed and understaffed. "Management of this suburban property has lost its way. Without any advance disclosure, the hotel inexplicably has decided to impose a $15 fee to park your own car overnight. Sounds reasonable compared to NYC perhaps but given the location, it is a ripoff. Sad."
